Dating back to thirty centuries, Ceramics and more generally all firing Arts have reflected the various cultures and civilizations that successively reigned in that land of History, which is Tunisia : Phoenicians, Arabs, Turks etc...

A know-how was set up as well as a special style that reflected this crossing of tich and diversified cultures.

The setting up of this manufacturing unit, as early as in 1982, is part of this long inherited know-how. It was a technological component that succeeded to help the Tunisian porcelainindustry succeed in being rated as one of the top manufacturers in the world.

The enormous success of its products has shown that the nominal production capacity of 1600 tons per annum was far below the needs of both the local and the foreign markets, where the product has shown tracks of remarkable quality (whiteness, shining and transparency), an innovative design and a verycompetitive pricing. Accordingly, further extensions raised the production to 2400 tons in 1987 and to 3500 tons en 1997. Later in 2004, the production was raised to 5300 tons.
